A driver’s license revocation can impact many aspects of a person’s life.
A lot of clients hire my office because they need to drive for work, whether that means driving to and from their workplace, or getting to various job sites for their employment.
In other cases, clients have more personalized reasons for wanting to drive, such as caring for a loved one, taking their children to activities, or simply wanting to run errands without the hassle of looking for a ride.
Whatever the reason may be, my license reinstatement practice was built for it.
For over two decades, my law office has focused exclusively on helping revoked drivers get back on the road.
Illinois driver’s license reinstatement is all I do.
Our Process
My firm manages all aspects of a hearing – I don’t delegate legal tasks to clients.
They hire a lawyer to manage their case.
From start to finish, my office handles everything to get a client ready for their hearing.
I order all evidence against my client, and I also guide them on the documents necessary to proceed with the hearing.
I keep all original documents in my file for submission on the hearing date.
My client and I review their testimony many times before the hearing, and we go over their answers to ensure accuracy.
On the hearing date, my client and I should be confident when we enter the hearing room.
We should be ready to discuss any arrest reports, evaluations, treatment documents, or other items submitted in evidence.
Preparation is key to a successful hearing.
It is my responsibility to prepare a client and help them present a winning case.
Drive Again.
These hearings should be a positive event.
They aren’t designed to punish anyone – the courts punished my client.
The revocation punished my client.
The punishment phase is over.
The sole topic at a license reinstatement hearing is whether my client should drive again.
Most clients obtain driving privileges at their first hearing with my office.
I want to win the first time around, because winning matters. Driving improves the quality of my client’s life, whether that means driving for work, taking loved ones to places they need to go, driving children to activities, running errands, seeing friends or family, or simply going on vacation.
Driving allows people to escape when they want a break, and driving allows people to be present when they need to be there.
My office is proud to help people drive again. Call for a free consultation about getting back on the road. We’re here for the journey, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it.
